Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience and support store-level tasks. The role involves greeting guests, handling POS transactions, maintaining safety and cleanliness, stocking products, and assisting management with vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (indoors/outdoors).
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all store areas (selling floor, stock, register).
• Accurate counting, reading and writing for required paperwork.
• Support onboarding and training for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete housekeeping and replenishment duties to keep in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor-related concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
