Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences while handling store-level tasks. The role supports customers, vendors, and teammates, with a focus on safety, policy adherence, and smooth store operations.

The position offers exposure to retail operations, cash handling, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth and development. Training and onboarding are provided to ensure consistent service excellence.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to operate basic computer functions and a POS system.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale; maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and ensure in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor-related concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
