Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store-level tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, and uphold safety, quality, and cleanliness standards while maintaining inventory and assisting with vendor interactions.

The role requires flexibility for day, night, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on reliability, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing retail or service environments.
• Ability to operate cash register and handle transactions.
• Knowledge of store safety policies and basic security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards and manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Maintain store cleanliness and replenish inventory to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Assist with vendor check-ins and mall/vendor-related tasks as assigned.
