Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support routine store tasks. The role involves greeting guests, operating the POS, maintaining cleanliness, restocking shelves, and assisting management with vendor coordination.

You will work in a dynamic retail environment, with responsibilities across safety, security, and customer service while supporting onboarding and training for new hires. Flexible shifts, including weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in varied temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale; manage cash, lottery, tobacco as applicable.
• Complete store housekeeping functions.
• Replenish products and ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising tasks.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
