Job summary

Global Partners LP in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store-level tasks. You will greet guests, assist with purchases, and uphold safety, quality, and operations standards to ensure smooth daily functions.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoors, cooler, etc.).
• Ability to climb ladders, reach, bend, twist, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all store areas including selling floor, stock, and register area.
• Ability to count, read, and write to complete required paperwork.
• Support GSA onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the POS and maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
