Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and assist with daily store tasks in a dynamic retail environment.

You will greet guests, operate the POS, manage cash and product replenishment, and support store operations while adhering to safety and quality standards. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work across shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to work in varied temperatures (indoors/outdoors).
• Capable of climbing ladders, reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to count, read, and write for paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Follow store policies for safety, security, quality, and operations.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Perform gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as directed by management.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.
