Job summary

SPR Operator LLC in Texas is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top‑notch guest experiences while supporting routine store tasks. You will greet guests, assist with purchases, and maintain safety and cleanliness according to company standards.

This role requires flexible hours, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. You will handle inventory, cash, and customer questions, helping to create a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work in intermittent temperatures (e.g., outdoors, cooler environments).
• Must climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Must freely access all store areas, including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Must read, write, and count accurately to complete required paperwork.
• Must support GSA new‑hire employee onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards and maintain proper cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping functions, including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in‑stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor‑related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
