Cal-Am Properties, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Representative in Surprise, AZ. The role centers on delivering excellent customer service, resolving issues, and guiding customers through policies and programs related to service areas.

Compensation is $20.00 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, vacation, sick leave, and 401K. Schedule varies by season: winter 7:30 am–4:00 pm, summer 6:30 am–3:00 pm.

Formación

• Minimum education: High School or equivalent.
• Minimum experience: 1 year customer service experience.
• Preferred education: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Preferred experience: 2 years in customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Provides customer service to external customers.
• Ensures full customer satisfaction and offers solutions.
• Provides information on policies, terms, and programs for service area.
• Identifies and prioritizes problems related to the service area.
• Performs research and offers solutions and strategies.
• Refers to appropriate person or arranges service.
• Maintains contact with customers with progress updates.
• Inputs data into information systems and prepares reports.
• Maintains records and logs; adheres to contracts and procedures.
• Updates safety incidents and payroll records as needed.
