Responsibilities

• Mission Statement: know and use the mission and core values.
• Guest Focus: maintain 90% mystery shop score, respond promptly to feedback, greet customers by name.
• Product Knowledge: stay aware of product info, promotions, tests and ads.
• Work Ethic: help maintain company appearance standards via daily/weekly tasks.
• Cash Controls: handle cash within daily tolerance for over/shorts and losses.
• Merchandising: assist with floor moves, displays, and store upkeep.
• Replenishment: assist restocking merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
• Policies and Procedures: follow pricing, loss prevention, and company policies.
• Sales: complete transactions accurately and encourage purchases.
• Safety: practice safe procedures, clean spills, proper lifting, report incidents.
• Cleanliness: keep store welcoming and clean.
• Extra Duties: perform additional tasks as assigned.
