Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• When guests need assistance, engage with guests to help solve their specific needs.
• Make the guest aware of current promos, store activities and events.
• Be knowledgeable about tools and services to solve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Know the Target Loyalty program benefits and assist with sign-up when needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently while maintaining accuracy and food safety standards.
