Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to provide outstanding guest service in-store. You will greet guests, resolve questions, and help them learn and use Target’s apps and loyalty programs. The role emphasizes accuracy, friendliness, and knowledge of store offerings.

The position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and peak shopping periods; teamwork and problem solving are key to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture focused on guest experience and product knowledge.

• Assist with checkout and return processes while maintaining accuracy and courtesy.
• Support guests with Order Pick-Up, Drive-Up, and online ordering features.
