• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet, help guests find what they need, resolve issues, and thank guests.
• Promote and engage around Target loyalty programs and app features to drive adoption and sign-ups.
• Operate checkout, drive-up and order pick-up features while maintaining safety and accuracy.
