Job summary

Target in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Guest Advocate to greet guests, help them locate products, answer questions, and guide them through services like Drive Up, Order Pick Up, and the Target App.

You will join a fast-moving team where friendly communication, problem solving, and reliability are valued. Flexibility with schedule, including nights and weekends, is important, and training will equip you with the knowledge to succeed.

• You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times).

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: Greet, help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and support peers to maintain a positive attitude.
• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard and guiding guests on app features and loyalty programs.
