Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft with a warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during open hours.
• Explain current promos, store activities and how to use Target App features.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment and sign-in.
• Follow safety policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
