Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to enhance the guest experience and assist with routine store tasks. You will greet guests, handle sales at the register, and support stock replenishment and housekeeping to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (outdoors, cooler, etc.).
• Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all store areas including floor, stock and register.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels as needed.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests to management and coordinate with vendors.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Support gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
