Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to enhance the guest experience and support store-level tasks. You will greet guests, assist with shopping, and help maintain a safe, clean environment while following company policies.

As part of the team, you will operate the point of sale, manage cash and inventory, assist with vendor check-ins, and support management with daily tasks. Flexibility for hours is expected, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
