Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Be friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Work days, nights, and weekends as required.
• Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Read and write handwritten notes.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
• Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment.
• Keeps supervisor informed of problems and suggests alternatives as needed.
• Provides timely service while managing wait times and communicating with Guests, Team Members and Managers.
• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm and smiles upon entry.
• Assists Guests with requests and answers questions, making recommendations.
• Provides game assistance by notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
• Bids farewell to Guests and ensures satisfaction, inviting return visits.
• Notifies Manager of unhappy Guests to address issues promptly.
• Maintains cost controls by weighing tickets and scanning merchandise.
• Stocks, displays and secures merchandise in storage areas.
• Reconciles tickets and merchandise inventory; conducts merchandise inventory.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the Winner’s Circle; ensures displays and stock levels are proper.
• Positions and sets up displays to increase Guest traffic and promote sales.
• Assists other Team Members and fosters a cooperative working climate.
