Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Strong communicator to guide Guests through the Midway experience.
• Ability to provide friendly, prompt service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games.
• Keeps supervisor informed of problems and takes corrective action when needed.
• Provides timely service while managing wait times and communicating with Guests, Team Members and Managers.
• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm and assists with requests and recommendations.
• Assists Guests with game-related tasks and notifies Support Technicians or Management as needed.
