Dave & Buster’s in Nashville, TN is hiring for the Winner’s Circle role to greet guests, guide their Midway experience, and deliver a friendly, high-energy guest welcome throughout every visit.

You’ll assist with game operations, help guests choose items, stock and display merchandise, scan tickets, manage inventory, and coordinate with Support Technicians and Managers to resolve issues quickly. Must be 18+, able to stand long shifts, and work nights/weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work days, nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a positive attitude and guide their Midway experience.
• Assist guests with game operations and merchandise requests.
• Stock, display and secure merchandise; manage tickets and inventory.
