Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service.
• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills with a focus on relationship building.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations at each visit and maintain a hospitality-focused environment.
• Ensure team members present professionally and deliver high-level customer service to drive sales.
• Map and manage clienteling activities for each guest and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Partner with store leadership to proactively address service issues and perform other duties as assigned.
