Summary

The Outlet Team Associate provides exceptional customer service and supports daily sales operations at the Woodland Hills outlet store. This part-time role focuses on assisting customers, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring a positive store experience. The associate works on the sales floor and partners with store leadership to meet operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to drive sales and deliver a high level of service
• Maintain visual merchandising and replenish merchandise on the sales floor
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Receive, unpack, and organize inventory; restock as needed
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and aligned with store standards

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks related to merchandising and stocking
