Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to support guests, handle reservations, check-ins/outs, and collect payments, ensuring smooth front desk operations and adherence to safety and security procedures.

The role focuses on delivering a warm guest experience, resolving issues through Make it Right, maintaining a clean lobby, and promoting ESA’s services while following company guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience or equivalent combination.
• Proficient English communication and front desk operations experience.
• Experience handling reservations, payments and daily paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out and collect payments.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments and departures per guidelines.
• Maintain front desk area and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Handle cash, credit cards and city ledger balances.
• Promote ESA services and respond to guest requests with resolution.
