Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide exceptional guest experiences. You will answer phones, assist guests, check them in and out, and handle payments following company guidelines.

You will also perform front desk paperwork and ensure safety and service standards are met. Key duties include resolving guest issues via the Make it Right process, handling reservations, and promoting ESA offerings to convert inquiries into bookings.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to interact with guests, associates, and vendors.
• Ability to operate the property management system.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payment per guidelines.
• Resolve guest issues through Make it Right process while upholding ESA service culture.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per procedures.
• Maintain front desk area and ensure safety and security guidelines are followed.
• Promote ESA and convert inquiries into reservations and occupied rooms.
