Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests have quick, friendly experiences in-store. You will greet guests, help them locate items, explain features, and promote rewards programs while maintaining a welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability to busy periods, and adherence to store policies. Training will cover safety, guest service standards, and efficient checkout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests warmly and assisting with needs.
• Help guests find products and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest interaction with a genuine thank you and follow store procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist peers to ensure a positive store environment.
• Promote/store promotions and guide guests on using Target App and loyalty benefits.
• Handle checkout operations, scan items, and support cash handling when needed.
• Support OPU, Drive Up, and online ordering processes for guest convenience.
