Job summary

lululemon in Leawood, KS is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experience in our retail store. You will engage with guests, share top-quality product education, and connect with the community while representing our culture.

This role requires the ability to move on the floor, collaborate with teammates, stock and present products, and support omnichannel programs like buy online pickup. You’ll contribute to an inclusive team and help maintain a premium store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience that respects guests’ time
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefits of the product
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to take action
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment
