You will respond to guest needs, resolve complaints, promote M life benefits when available, and support ongoing revenue opportunities while maintaining high service standards and adherence to policies.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Two years’ hospitality experience, preferably guest relations.
• Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Working knowledge of property management systems.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Adhere to all state, federal laws, and company policies.

Responsabilidades

• Check guests in and out quickly and accurately.
• Post charges and credits; collect payments; balance cash transactions.
• Respond to and resolve guest complaints promptly by owning the issue.
• Enhance guest experience with upgrades and promote loyalty programs to maximize revenue.
• Answer calls and direct to appropriate department; manage wake-up and emergency calls.
