Job summary

Landry's in Nevada is seeking a friendly server to provide prompt, courteous service, upsell menu items, and uphold company standards (KEEP). You will greet guests, carry trays, and ensure a polished dining experience.

Candidates should have at least two years in high-volume service, be 21+, hold Health and Alcohol cards, and be fluent in English. Compensation is hourly with tips; benefits and advancement opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years old.
• Health and Alcohol cards required.
• Minimum two-years’ experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Excellent people skills and a professional appearance.
• Ability to work varied shifts.
• Ability to carry heavy trays and maintain proper etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service with smiles and professional verbiage.
• Greet guests within 45 seconds and place beverage napkins.
• Carry heavy trays and use jack-stands safely.
• Time dining experiences to optimize guest satisfaction.
• Deliver food and beverages and check on guest enjoyment.
• Pre-bus tables between courses and manage side-work.
• Deliver checks and handle cash-out.
• Work as part of a team to ensure top service.
• Maintain proper table settings and uniform appearance.
• Adhere to health and alcohol laws and company policies.
