Job summary

The Post Oak in Laughlin, NV is seeking a Guest Service Representative to greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and provide memorable service by anticipating needs and resolving issues. You will handle payments, post charges accurately, answer calls, promote resort programs, and collaborate with hotel departments to maximize guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years’ hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Working knowledge of property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out quickly and accurately.
• Post charges, collect payments, and balance transactions using cash handling procedures.
• Respond to and resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively.
• Promote hotel programs and advantages to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Answer calls and route to the appropriate department.
