Job summary

Target in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a friendly Guest Advocate to assist guests, process transactions, and guide them to Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and loyalty benefits. You’ll deliver a welcoming experience while supporting store operations and teamwork.

You will promote Target Loyalty, explain Wallet features, and help guests use store apps. Training will enable you to resolve questions on the spot, maintain safety, and ensure accurate checkout.

• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area.
• Stock supplies during store hours and assist guests.
• Adhere to safety policies and report hazards.
