Job summary

Target is seeking a dedicated Guest Advocate in Jacksonville, FL, to help guests have a quick, easy, and enjoyable shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist with product searches, and explain benefits and services while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include handling exchanges/returns, guiding guests through loyalty sign-ups, and using handheld devices and the Target App to ensure accuracy and speed. Training is provided and shifts vary, including evenings and weekends.
