Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old, students welcome and encouraged to apply.
• Individually lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds; safely work with a team to lift and maneuver items weighing 100+ pounds.
• Stand, walk, or sit for long periods of time (up to 8 hours); outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the Rocket Guest Service Expectation Model with a positive image and personalized service.
• Build connections with members by checking in on their experience during their visit.
• Prepare vehicles before wash, follow SOPs, and communicate clearly to ensure smooth operation.
• Conduct routine lot checks to maintain stocked towels and cleaners for interior use.
• Maintain a clean, organized location and complete side-work and tasks assigned by a manager.
• Work as part of a team in a collaborative, positive environment; follow safety regulations.
• May perform basic to intermediate technology tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
