Rocket Carwash seeks a friendly Member Support & Interior Clean Specialist to greet guests and assist members while keeping facilities spotless. You’ll prep vehicles before entry and stock towels and cleaners for interior use. You’ll also participate in on-site marketing campaigns and solve guest needs with a smile.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old; students are welcome and encouraged to apply.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, or sit for up to 8 hours.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Be available to work various shifts including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and uphold guest service standards.
• Check in on member experience throughout visits.
• Prepare vehicles before wash with attention to SOPs.
• Maintain carts with towels and cleaners for interior use.
• Participate in on-site marketing campaigns and sign spinning.
• Keep location clean and organized; perform side-work as needed.
• Perform interior cleaning tasks and handle vehicles with care.
• Collaborate with teammates to drive success.
• Follow all safety regulations and policies.
• Handle basic to intermediate technology tasks.
