Rocket Carwash is growing and seeking a Member Support Specialist to greet guests, engage with members, and ensure a memorable visit. You will work as part of a friendly team, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety standards to deliver exceptional service.

No experience? Training is provided. The role requires at least 16 years old, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work outdoors across shifts. Pay is $14–$15 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Individually lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Safely work with a team to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 100+ pounds.
• Stand, walk, or sit for up to 8 hours.
• Mobility to kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Be available to work various shifts and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the Rocket Guest Service Expectation Model by greeting customers warmly, addressing them by name, and inviting them to return.
• Build connections with current and potential members by checking in on their experience during visits.
• Prepare vehicles before wash tunnel following SOPs to ensure a smooth process.
• Conduct routine parking lot checks to keep carts stocked with towels and cleaners.
• Maintain a clean, organized location and perform side-work as assigned.
• Work as part of a collaborative team with a positive attitude.
• Maintain awareness of safety regulations and policies.
• May perform basic to intermediate‑level technology tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Treat others with respect and dignity at all times.
