Rocket Carwash is hiring a General Manager to lead operations at a location in Omaha, NE. You will drive guest experience, coach a high-performing team, and manage staffing, costs, and safety to uphold brand standards.

The role requires 2–4 years in a supervisory capacity, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Compensation starts at $60,000–$65,000 annually with quarterly bonuses and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 40-50 hours per week, including weekends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and other software.
• Experience with labor management and strategic staff scheduling.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Be punctual, responsible, and accountable.
• Maintenance experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Guest Experience—ensure exceptional guest service and brand standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns and resolve issues.
• Coach and mentor team; conduct performance reviews and provide real-time feedback.
• Oversee staffing, hiring, promotions, scheduling, and terminations.
• Monitor site KPIs and financial performance; provide daily metric coaching.
• Ensure safety compliance and operational procedures across the site.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and security.
