Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Pennsylvania LLC in Freeland, PA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You’ll assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep shelves stocked and the store clean.

You will unload trucks, restock merchandise, and maintain a safe, friendly environment for customers and team members. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service industry experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk frequently.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Stock replenishment and merchandise recovery.
• Unloading trucks and restocking merchandise.
• Keep the store clean and presentable; sweep/mop floors.
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
