Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Pennsylvania LLC in Philadelphia is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, stock shelves, unload trucks, and keep the store clean and organized.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or service experience is preferred. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, providing courteous service while protecting company assets and following safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related fields is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Unload trucks and replenish stock per standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
