Family Dollar Stores Of Pennsylvania LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, keep shelves stocked, and help unload trucks while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, with the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk extensively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Customer service experience in retail or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks described.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Unload trucks and stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain a positive, safe, respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep store clean, restrooms stocked, floors swept and mopped, trash removed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
