Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists daily and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer calls promptly with a smile and route inquiries as needed.
• Handle issued bank and cash drops with proper procedures and report discrepancies.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII data and follow data-handling procedures.
• Follow checklist during check-in/check-out and collect ID and payment.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
