Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Knowledge of cleanliness standards and sanitization practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow all safety and security procedures per hotel policy.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, hours, and surroundings.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items guests have left behind and report per hotel lost-and-found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
