Job summary

Global Partners LP in Massachusetts Easton is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experience and support store operations, including safety, cash handling, and replenishment of products.

You will greet guests, operate the point of sale, maintain cleanliness, assist with vendor checks, and help manage inventory and in-stock conditions. The role requires flexible hours, reliable transportation, and a customer‑centric approach in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions and cashier tasks.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate POS and manage cash, lottery, and tobacco as per policy.
• Complete store housekeeping and replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Assist with checks in vendors and conduct gas tank inventory/merchandising projects.
