Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, process transactions at the POS, keep the store clean, stock shelves, and assist with vendor coordination.

The role requires flexibility across shifts, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and reliable transportation. You’ll be part of a Fortune 500 company with a long-standing commitment to customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outside, cooler, etc.).
• Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area.
• Must be able to count, read and write to complete required paperwork.
• Support GSA onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards with proper cash handling.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to store management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
