Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to ensure a top-notch guest experience and support store operations. You will greet customers, operate the POS, and assist with inventory, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.

The role requires flexibility across shifts, reliable transportation, and physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. This is a frontline position focused on service and store execution.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoors, cooler, etc.).
• Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all areas of the store and complete required paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
