Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store operations. Responsibilities include greeting guests, operating the POS, maintaining cash levels, and performing routine housekeeping and replenishment tasks.

The role requires flexibility for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts, along with basic computer skills and reliable transportation. You may be required to lift up to 25 lbs and access all store areas as needed.

• Complete store housekeeping and replenishment tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor-related concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Assist with gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
