Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering in-person customer service in a retail setting.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to count, read, and write to complete paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a welcoming shopping experience.
• Operate POS and manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels as required.
• Perform store housekeeping and restocking to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests to management and assist vendors as needed.
• Verify vendor check-in and support safety and security procedures.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory tasks assigned by management.
