Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store-level tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, handle cash and inventory, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the store.

The role requires flexibility for day/evening shifts, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Training and onboarding support are provided.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Operate the POS system per corporate standards including cash handling and relevant transactions.
• Maintain store safety, security, and housekeeping policies.
• Replenish products and keep shelves stocked.
• Communicate guest needs and vendor concerns to management.
• Assist in inventory checks and merchandising projects.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Operate the POS pursuant to corporate standards; maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, etc.).
• Replenish products and ensure in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors."
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
