Qualifications

• Ability to obtain local/state Food Handler and Alcohol Server permits.

• Walk/stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant.
• Manage party sizes, reservations, and wait lists; quote wait times.
• Escort guests to their table and explain our online menu accessibility.
• Answer the telephone in a pleasant manner; respond to inquiries.
• Assist with takeout orders; ensure timeliness, accuracy, and payment.
• Thank guests for visiting and seek feedback on their experience.
• Resolve guest complaints with urgency, poise, and good judgment.
• Complete opening, side work, and closing duties; stock and organize the guest service stand.
• Enforce guest identification requirements and age restrictions for alcohol sales per state law.
• Follow all food and alcohol safety procedures.
