Valor is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Atlanta to perform desk-related duties, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, upselling, and guest guidance. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a warm, efficient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–12 months in guest-facing role preferred.
• Strong computer and cash handling skills; ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and process room reservations.
• Provide quotes, upsell rooms, and assist with special requests.
• Pre-register, block reservations and manage same-day or future bookings per rate structures.
• Balance cash and charges on guest folios at shift end; handle payments per policy.
• Resolve guest inquiries and complaints; assist with local directions and services.
• Coordinate front desk with Housekeeping to ensure room availability and cleanliness.
