Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hotel or related field preferred.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer services experience preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk per Highgate Hotel standards.
• Operate PBX console and ensure hotel standards are met.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, facilities and hours.
• Handle check-ins/outs and log packages, mail, and messages.
• Maintain log/trace files and be familiar with hotel promotions and rates.
• Balance and complete shift paperwork according to standards.
• Assist with safe deposit boxes and guest services as needed.
