Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, entertainment, etc.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
• Balance and prepare shift closing paperwork.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, packages and promotions.
• Operate the Front Desk computer system and support guest programs.
• Assist guests with safe deposit boxes and related requests.
