lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. Educators educate on products, engage with guests, and connect with the community, embodying our culture and values.

Responsibilities include dynamic on-floor engagement, providing top-quality product education, enabling omnichannel services, and partnering with leadership to ensure seamless store operations and a welcoming, inclusive environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the Right to Work and meet local requirements (EMEA only).
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience, valuing guests’ time.
• Provide technical product education by articulating value and benefits of the product.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and support store operations.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an inclusive and exceptional guest experience.
